Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or personalized jewelry may require 5–10 business days for production.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Kridha Jewels is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
